Attorney Elsa De Lima Joins the Downs Law Group

MIAMI, FL— Craig T. Downs, Esq., founder and principal attorney of The Downs Law Group, is pleased to announce that Elsa De Lima, Esq. has joined the firm as an attorney.

In her new role, she will serve as one of the lead counsels representing plaintiffs in a historic case against the City of Miami for its ownership and operation of the incinerator known as “Old Smokey.” Additionally, she is part of the 2010 Deepwater Horizon BP Oil Spill litigation team.

Prior to joining The Downs Law Group, De Lima was an associate in a multi-billion-dollar data company and law firm.
