Douglass advises private and public companies on tax-qualified and non-qualified health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive compensation and other employee benefit arrangements. He manages plan design, administration, governance, fiduciary responsibility issues, disclosure and reporting requirements under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code, and participant claims and appeals.
