LEXINGTON, KY—Palmer Gene Vance II, an attorney with Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC’s Lexington, Kentucky office, today became chair of the American Bar Association House of Delegates at the conclusion of the 2022 ABA Annual Meeting.

Vance is an experienced attorney with more than 30 years in the practice of law. Vance serves on the Board of Directors of SKO, where he focuses his practice on litigation including business and commercial, products liability, toxic tort, trucking and transportation, and insurance coverage matters.

As chair of the House of Delegates, the ABA’s policymaking body, Vance will serve for two years in the second-highest office in the association. Action taken by the House of Delegates on specific issues becomes official policy of the ABA.

Vance has been a member of the ABA House of Delegates since 2001 and currently serves as the Kentucky state delegate.
