LOUSIVILLE, KY—Stites & Harbison, PLLC announces the addition of five attorneys to the firm. Bailey Browning and Kyle Schroader join the Lexington, Ky., office, Ana England and Zac Losey join the Louisville, Ky., office and Evan Elam joins the Atlanta office.

Bailey M. Browning is a member of the Business & Finance Service Group. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, in 2022.  She participated in Stites & Harbison’s summer associate program in 2020 and 2021. She is admitted to practice in Kentucky.

Kyle S. Schroader is a member of the Torts & Insurance Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, in 2020. Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, he was a federal judicial law clerk for Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky from 2020-22. He also participated in Stites & Harbison’s summer associate program in 2018 and 2019. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky.

Ana I. England is a member of the Business Litigation Service Group. She graduated first in her class from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, summa cum laude, in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, England was a summer associate for Stites & Harbison in 2020 and 2021. She is admitted to practice in Kentucky.

Zachary Losey is a member of the Business Litigation Service Group. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2021. Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, he was a law clerk for Hon. Judge Karen K. Caldwell, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and a legislative aide to Lexington City Councilmember Kathy Plomin. Losey was a summer associate for Stites & Harbison in 2020 and 2021. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky.

Evan W. Elam is a member of the Torts & Insurance Practice Group. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he was a summer law intern at the First Court of Appeals in Houston in 2021. He also served as an intern for Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky in 2018. He is admitted to practice in Georgia.
