MINNEAPOLIS, MN—Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Jessica Kracl has returned to the firm as a partner in the Health Care & Insurance Practice Division.

An experienced and strategic regulatory attorney, Kracl advises clients across the health care industry on corporate transactional and regulatory compliance matters, ensuring they meet the challenges of today’s rapidly evolving marketplace. She has in-depth knowledge of stark law, state and federal anti-kickback laws, individual and facility licensing requirements, state and federal privacy and security laws, digital and tele- health initiatives and health care reimbursement. Kracl also has experience handling matters involving corporate governance, tax exempt status, and business transactions.

In addition to her health care law practice, Kracl is a supporter of legal advocacy, serving her community as a volunteer attorney for the Children’s Law Center of Minnesota representing youth in foster care. Kracl is a champion of attorney well-being, and is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, investing her time and resources to help navigate the system and providing support and guidance to those in need.

Prior to her return to the firm, Kracl worked as associate general counsel for UnitedHealthcare, Senior Associate General Counsel for UCare, and, most recently, as assistant general counsel for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation.

Kracl earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline University School of Law. She is licensed in Minnesota.
