WASHINGTON, D.C.—Womble Bond Dickinson announced today that Tara K. Gorman has joined its Real Estate practice as a partner in the D.C. office.

Gorman focuses her practice on hospitality law and has 20 years of experience advising clients domestically and internationally on a broad spectrum of matters, including hotel acquisitions, financings, operations, and development.

Gorman maintains a diverse real estate practice, concentrating on commercial real estate acquisitions and sales; data center, office, and retail leasing; and telecommunication license agreements. She has represented a range of institutional investors with their real estate investments and governmental and quasi-governmental agencies concerning their real estate holdings. Gorman joins from Loeb & Loeb LLP in D.C where she was a partner in that firm’s Real Estate practice.

Gorman earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an MBA and B.S. from the University of Maryland.
