If you can\u2019t make the consultation, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the consultation as a courtesy to the professional you are meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Chargeable initial consultation<br \/>If your professional requires a payment for the initial consultation, the specified amount is secured at the time of booking. Cancellation of the consultation more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge. There will be no charge for a no-show, but it could result in termination of your xira account.<\/li>\n<li>Chargeable initial consultation<br \/>Not showing up to a paid initial consultation will result in a charge to your credit card for the fee indicated by the professional for the initial consultation.
