(Note: please do NOT delete the initial consultation in your personal calendar, but instead cancel the appointment in xira).\u00a0 Please send a message (using xira\u2019s messaging capability) to request the potential client to reschedule to another available time on your calendar. Cancellation within 24 hours of the meeting may impact your rating.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up\u00a0meetings<br \/>Attorneys are not charged when they need to cancel any follow-up meetings with a client. If you can\u2019t make the consultation, please\u00a0cancel at least 24 hours prior to the consultation\u00a0as a courtesy to the\u00a0lawyer you are meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Chargeable initial consultation<br \/> If your\u00a0lawyer requires a payment for the initial consultation, the specified amount is secured at the time of booking. Cancellation of the consultation more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge.
