Listen, I did not want to do jury duty. But I remember it was probably seven years after \u2018Legally Blonde,\u2019 I got called for jury duty and it was in Beverly Hills. I thought, \u2018Surely they\u2019re not gonna pick me.\u2019 They picked me for a long trial, y\u2019all. It was probably two weeks.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was two solid weeks every day going in. And then we went to deliberation and so at the very end they say, \u2018Okay, well somebody in this group has to be the foreman.\u2019 And they all unanimously are like, \u2018Her.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

They were like, \u2018You went to law school.\u2019 I was like, \u2018Y\u2019all this is really upsetting. I definitely did not go to law school, I didn\u2019t finish college.\u2019 I played a lawyer in a movie once but they fully made me the foreman and I started realizing\u2026 people don\u2019t know much about the law.<\/strong><\/p>\n
