Litera<\/a>, fresh off its November acquisition<\/a> of UK-based document automation company Office & Dragons, said today that it has acquired another UK-based company, Peppermint Technology<\/a>, a provider of modular, cloud-based technology for law firms, built on and closely integrated with Microsoft cloud technology.<\/p>\n \u201cThis strategic acquisition significantly elevates the value law firms derive from their Microsoft applications, adding innovative marketing, business development, and case and matter management solutions to Litera\u2019s suite of legal technology capabilities that manage the end-to-end legal experience,\u201d Litera said in announcing the acquisition.\u00a0<\/p>\n Founded in 2010, Peppermint\u2019s core product offering is its CX365 platform, a fully integrated suite of modular, legal-specific applications built on Microsoft technology. CX365 includes tools for CRM, ERM, matter management, case management and document management within a single platform.
