\u2014 <\/i>\u00a0Jessica Haynes, in comments given to People<\/a>, on her younger sister, Sarah Lee Best<\/a>, 33, who died in the D.C. plane crash<\/a> last month. Best was a litigation associate at boutique firm Wilkinson Stekloff. Haynes said that through her work, Best \u201cwanted to speak for those who had no voice, especially in education and immigration.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
