The former acting solicitor general is leaving Hogan Lovells, the firm he\u2019s called home since 2011, to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/leading-supreme-court-attorney-and-former-acting-solicitor-general-neal-katyal-joins-milbanks-litigation--arbitration-group-302374909.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">join Milbank as a partner<\/a> in its Washington, D.C. office, where he\u2019ll lead its appellate practice.<\/p>\n<p>Katyal is one of the nation\u2019s most successful Supreme Court advocates, having argued more than 50 cases before the high court.
