When I said that a few months ago, the new administration had already committed to starting a trade war with America\u2019s most technologically advanced adversaries while simultaneously threatening to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/globalinitiative.net\/analysis\/un-cybercrime-treaty-faces-uncertain-future-under-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">ditch the global cyber regime<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wired.com\/story\/cisa-cuts-trump-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">slash the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency<\/a>, and put Kristi Noem in at Homeland Security despite being <a href=\"https:\/\/cyberscoop.com\/dhs-nominee-kristi-noem-cyber-grants-trump-admin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">the only governor who turned down FREE cybersecurity money<\/a>.
