“I would say get to know the people in the office, get to know what they do, and be invested in the success of your colleagues. The last one is hard because law firms generally reward lawyers based on their personal economic contributions but ultimately a successful firm requires major cooperation and interaction between lawyers. This means that some times you have to drop everything to help your colleagues but I think over the long run this pays off in a meaningful way.”<\/p>\n
