\u2014 <\/i>\u00a0Jamie Lawless<\/a>, CEO of Husch Blackwell, in comments given to the American Lawyer<\/a>, on why being a \u201cserial lateral\u201d is no longer necessarily seen as a problem when it comes to law firm hiring. According to Leopard Solutions, those who made a third, fourth, or higher lateral move between 2017 and 2024 was on the rise. By 2024, 21% of lawyers had made at least two lateral moves. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
