Baretz+Brunelle<\/a>, which describes itself as a growth advisory firm to elite businesses in the legal industry, has acquired LexFusion<\/a>, a company that provides go-to-market sales representation of a portfolio of companies acr0ss major categories of legal technology.<\/p>\n LexFusion was founded in 2020<\/a> by two well-known veterans of the legal industry, Joe Borstein<\/a>, who had previously been global director of Thomson Reuters Legal Managed Services (the former Pangea3)\u00a0and\u00a0Paul Stroka<\/a>, who at been director of legal solutions at the same company. They were later joined by a third founder<\/a>, Casey Flaherty<\/a>, who originally rose to prominence while a corporate counsel at Kia Motors, where the developed the Legal Tech Audit, and later as director of legal project management at Baker McKenzie.\u00a0<\/p>\n All three have joined Baretz+Brunelle as partners and LexFusion\u2019s team will also all become part of the firm.<\/p>\n Baretz+Brunelle was founded in 2016 when Spencer Baretz and Cari Brunelle left the firm Hellerman Baretz to\u00a0start their own consultancy<\/a>.
