\u2014 <\/i>\u00a0Lauren Drake<\/a>, a recruiter at Macrae, in comments given to the American Lawyer<\/a>, on whether more Biglaw firms will revise their office attendance policies to mandate that attorneys spend four days each week working from the office. \u201cJust in the same way that firms are responding to what their clients are doing, I think they\u2019re also responding to what the federal government is doing, because so many D.C. firms have practices before the federal government,\u201d she said. Anna Sanders<\/a>, a recruiter at VOYlegal for Am Law 200 firms,\u00a0echoed Drake\u2019s thoughts, saying Biglaw firms find \u201csafety in numbers,\u201d and may sell any changes to their attendance requirements as \u201caligning\u201d themselves with the market.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
