Harbor<\/a>, a consulting company that provides expert services to the legal industry in strategy, technology, operations and intelligence, has acquired CLIENTSFirst Consulting<\/a>, a marketing firm that provides consulting on client relationship management, data quality, e-marketing and other areas.<\/p>\n Harbor said that the addition of the CLIENTSFirst Consulting team will enable it to expand and deepen its services relating to law firm business development and growth.<\/p>\n Chris Fritsch, founder and president of CLIENTSFirst Consulting, has joined Harbor as vice president of marketing technologies.<\/p>\n According to Harbor, it already provides assessment, implementation and management of marketing technology products, including CRM, experience management, and proposal generation, as well as AI tools.
