Though the specific terms of the Executive Order are not yet known, according to reporting by<\/a> American Lawyer, the order references former Jenner partner Andrew Weissmann<\/a> \u2014 former lead prosecutor in Robert Mueller\u2019s Special Counsel\u2019s Office, that Trump has previously attacked<\/a>.<\/p>\n

White House Staff Secretary Will Scharf said, \u201cWe\u2019ve taken action against a number of law firms that have participated either in the weaponization of government, the weaponization of the legal system for political ends, or have otherwise engaged in illegal or inappropriate activities.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jenner has yet to comment on the EO. And the rest of Biglaw waits to see if they\u2019ll be next <\/a>to suffer the president\u2019s wrath. <\/p>\n
