\u201cRFE\/RL has demonstrated that irreparable harm will follow if its TRO request is denied,\u201d U.S. District Senior Judge Royce C. Lamberth of the District of Columbia wrote in his memorandum opinion filed Tuesday. \u201cThe Court concludes that the government\u2019s disbursement of the nearly $7.5 million in funds to RFE\/RL does not mitigate RFE\/RL\u2019s showing of irreparable harm.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
