But that process is not impeachment, it\u2019s an appeal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><em>\u2014 Chief U.S. Circuit Judge\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/William_H._Pryor_Jr.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">William Pryor<\/a>\u00a0of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, in comments noted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/government\/conservative-us-appeals-court-judge-knocks-calls-impeach-jurists-2025-03-28\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Reuters<\/a> that he gave during a recent appearance on Yale Law School professor Akhil Amar\u2019s podcast<a href=\"https:\/\/amaricasconstitution.podbean.com\/e\/wisdom-from-breyer-to-pryor-special-guest-judge-william-pryor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"> \u201cAmarica\u2019s Constitution,\u201d<\/a> where he reiterated his support for Chief Justice John Roberts, who weighed in on President Donald Trump\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2025\/03\/donald-trump-wants-to-impeach-judge-who-dared-to-explain-basic-con-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">calls to impeach<\/a> D.C.\u2019s Chief District Judge Jeb Boasberg, by saying, \u201cFor more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.
