Fifteen legal tech startups competed, with the winner selected by a vote of the live audience.<\/p>\n<p>Those 15 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lawnext.com\/2025\/02\/voting-is-closed-results-are-in-here-are-the-15-legal-tech-startups-selected-for-the-2025-startup-alley-at-aba-techshow.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">were selected<\/a> through a multi-step process of whittling down the total pool of applicants, leading to the event in Chicago where they each had three minutes to present their pitches.<\/p>\n<p>This year, two startups ended up with an equal number of votes for the top spot:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/casecrafter.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Case Crafter<\/a>, a company from Norway that helps legal professionals build compelling visual timelines based on case files and evidence.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.querious.ai\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Querious<\/a>, a product that provides attorneys with real-time insights during client conversations into legal issues, relevant content, and suggested questions and follow-ups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The third highest vote tally went to <a href=\"https:\/\/lawft.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lawft<\/a>, a law practice management platform built by attorneys.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to this year\u2019s winners \u2014 and to everyone who participated.
