Stahl comes to Harbor from the architecture and engineering firm Barge Design Solutions, where he was chief commercial officer, overseeing the development, launch and scaling of new [\u2026]<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/harborglobal.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Harbor<\/a>, a consulting company that provides expert services to the legal industry in strategy, technology, operations and intelligence,\u00a0has named <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/michaelgstahl\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Michael Stahl<\/a> as chief integration officer and general counsel.<\/p>\n<p>Stahl comes to Harbor from the architecture and engineering firm Barge Design Solutions, where he was chief commercial officer, overseeing the development, launch and scaling of new tech-enabled service offerings for the firm.<\/p>\n<p>Before that, he cofounded Integrative Health Centers, a tech-enabled healthcare services company, and served as CEO and as a member of its board of directors.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in his career, he was director of legal affairs for Intapp, a global provider of software for professional and financial services firms; general counsel and VP of operations at NuSirt Sciences; and an associate at Gunderson Dettmer, where he represented venture capital and private equity funds.<\/p>\n<p>At Harbor, Stahl will lead the integration of companies Harbor has acquired and will oversee legal and compliance functions.<\/p>\n<p>Just last month, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lawnext.com\/2025\/03\/expert-services-company-harbor-acquires-marketing-consulting-firm-clientsfirst.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Harbor acquired\u00a0<\/a>CLIENTSFirst Consulting, a marketing firm that provides consulting on client relationship management, data quality, e-marketing and other areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur recent growth as a company as well as the complexity of issues facing our clients today made it imperative that we find a general counsel who could help us navigate the months and years ahead,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mattsunderman\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Matthew Sunderman<\/a>, Harbor\u2019s CEO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMichael brings a unique combination of experience in operational, legal, and compliance roles in tech-enabled services organizations, as well as experience as a company founder building critical infrastructure for growth.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Harbor, a consulting company that provides expert services to the legal industry in strategy, technology, operations and intelligence,\u00a0has named Michael Stahl as chief integration officer and general counsel.
