The Trump administration filed a notice of appeal Wednesday asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to review a trial court\u2019s order finding probable cause for criminal contempt on allegations the government willfully disregarded a temporary restraining order prohibiting hasty \u201cAlien Enemy\u201d deportations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
