That question was put to attendees at the Strategic Knowledge &amp; Innovation Legal Leaders Summit, or SKILLS, and the results are now in. The SKILLS Summit, held March 27, 2025, in New York, brought together knowledge and innovation leaders from the largest law firms. In conjunction with [\u2026]<\/p>\n<p>How satisfied are customers of legal AI companies? That question was put to attendees at the Strategic Knowledge &amp; Innovation Legal Leaders Summit, or <a href=\"https:\/\/skills.law\/skills-law\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SKILLS<\/a>, and the results are now in.<\/p>\n<p>The SKILLS Summit, held March 27, 2025, in New York, brought together knowledge and innovation leaders from the largest law firms. In conjunction with the summit, organizers asked participants to rate how likely they were to recommend specific legal AI vendors to a friend or colleague.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, they were asked to consider nine factors, based on their experience with each vendor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\ud835\udde3\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf1\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddf0\ud835\ude01 \ud835\udde4\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude06 \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\udde5\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude06: Performance and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>\ud835\udde9\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddf3\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff \ud835\udde0\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude06: Cost vs. Value, fair price, how widely used.<\/li>\n<li>\ud835\udde6\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf0\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude06: Confidence in the safety and protection of personal data.<\/li>\n<li>\ud835\udde8\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddd8\ud835\ude05\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf2: Ease of use, intuitive interface.<\/li>\n<li>\ud835\uddd6\ud835\ude02\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff \ud835\udde6\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude01: Responsive and effective customer service.<\/li>\n<li>\ud835\udddc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb: Seamless integration with other systems.<\/li>\n<li>\ud835\udde5\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfd: How much do you believe in the company\u2019s vision.<\/li>\n<li>\ud835\udddd\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude06: Your experience interacting with the people at the company.<\/li>\n<li>\ud835\udde3\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9 \ud835\uddd4\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01: Company\u2019s values, ethics, and approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on this, the survey <a href=\"https:\/\/skills.law\/surveys-1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">identified 15 legal AI companies<\/a> as the ones participants would be most likely to
