When including jobs for which a J.D. provides an advantage, the employment rate climbs to more than 87%. These are <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2025\/04\/recent-law-school-graduates-set-record-high-employment-rate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u201crecord-high\u201d employment statistics<\/a>. Just about 3% of 2024 graduates were unemployed and looking for work.<\/p>\n<p>Without further ado, these are the top 10 schools for employment in bar-admission-required jobs:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duke: 97.83%<\/li>\n<li>Cornell: 96.43%<\/li>\n<li>Baylor: 95.45%<\/li>\n<li>Wash.
