He got <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2025\/05\/06\/trump-judge-nominations\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">234 federal judges confirmed during his first term<\/a>; three of those helped secure a Republican majority on the Supreme Court. This is far from stating that the machine is perfect. While most of the confirmed judges were ranked \u201cVery Qualified\u201d by the ABA, 67 judges skirted by with a \u201cQualified\u201d \u2014 but the remaining 10 earned the sad grade of \u201cNot Qualified.\u201d A second term gets Trump a second bite at the nominating apple.
