Two veterans of the legal technology industry, Patrick DiDomenico and Kevin Klein, today announced the launch of LegalTech Connect, a new venture aimed at connecting participants across the legal technology ecosystem through events, advisory services, and educational resources. \u201cLeveraging more than five decades of combined experience in legal technology, innovation, and large-scale industry event production, [\u2026]<\/p>\n

Two veterans of the legal technology industry, Patrick DiDomenico<\/a> and Kevin Klein<\/a>, today announced the launch of LegalTech Connect<\/a>, a new venture aimed at connecting participants across the legal technology ecosystem through events, advisory services, and educational resources.<\/p>\n

\u201cLeveraging more than five decades of combined experience in legal technology, innovation, and large-scale industry event production, LegalTech Connect aims to accelerate adoption, build meaningful relationships, and bring together the people driving transformation in legal services,\u201d the announcement said.<\/p>\n

DiDomenico brings two decades of experience in legal innovation and knowledge management, having founded InspireKM Consulting and the Knowledge Management & Innovation for Legal Conference (KM&I for Legal). He previously served as chief innovation and knowledge officer at several major law firms and is the author of the book, Knowledge Management for Lawyers<\/em>. Among his honors, he is a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and recipient of ILTA\u2019s KM Professional of the Year Award.<\/p>\n

Klein has more than 20 years of experience in legal industry event production and content development. He previously served as program director at ARK Group and vice president of content and programming at InsidePractice, where he produced events focused on knowledge management, innovation, artificial intelligence and emerging technology.<\/p>\n

In an interview this week, DiDomenico and Klein said that they plan to offer curated industry events, strategic advisory services, and resources designed to help legal professionals evaluate and implement technology initiatives. The company targets law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal technology providers seeking to advance innovation and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter two decades of bringing together the legal industry\u2019s brightest minds, I have a deep appreciation for the impact and value of creating spaces where the right mix of practitioners, technologists, solution providers and innovators can connect, challenge ideas and assumptions, and inspire one another,\u201d said Klein.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith LegalTech Connect, Patrick and I are building on that legacy\u2014introducing a platform that\u2019s intentionally designed to foster connection\u2014between buyers and builders, between insight and action, between what\u2019s emerging and what\u2019s possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Inaugural Event<\/h3>\n

The company\u2019s first major initiative will be LTC: Innovators & Investors<\/a> (LTC:I&I), a conference to take place Oct. 22-23, 2025, in Manhattan. The invite-only event aims to bring together legal tech founders, investors, law firm leaders, in-house legal professionals, and academic innovators.<\/p>\n

The event will feature startup pitches, educational sessions on emerging legal technologies, panels on funding strategies and industry trends, and networking opportunities. Organizers plan to use an application-based invitation process to curate attendees.<\/p>\n

Notably, LTC:I&I will be co-located with the existing Knowledge Management & Innovation for Legal Conference<\/a>, creating what the organizers describe as cross-pollination opportunities between the two events\u2019 attendees.<\/p>\n

Klein will also join the Knowledge Management & Innovation for Legal Conference as head of content and programming.<\/p>\n

The October conference will take place at Ease Hospitality Center at 605 Third Avenue in New York, featuring multiple conference rooms, networking spaces, outdoor terraces, and a tenant lounge area. The venue\u2019s layout will allow for separate programming tracks for the two conferences while enabling shared networking opportunities during breaks and social events.<\/p>\n

The Knowledge Management & Innovation for Legal Conference has operated as a single-track event for its first two years, making the co-located, multi-track format a significant operational expansion for the organizers.<\/p>\n

DiDomenico and Klein say that\u00a0LegalTech Connect represents the formalization of a working relationship between them that has spanned two decades, including having collaborated on various industry initiatives and conferences.<\/p>\n
