The defense bar is sounding the alarm about Donald Trump\u2019s Make America Healthy Again report and advisory panels held by the Food and Drug Administration focused on both talcum powder and infant formula, but plaintiffs\u2019 lawyers who sue over those same products stopped short of calling the health initiatives a boon to their practices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The MAHA report, issued on May 22 by the newly created Make America Healthy Again Commission, focuses on chronic and widespread health problems affecting America\u2019s children and covers a broad range of topics, many of which, like pesticides, microplastics, heavy metals and ultra-processed foods, have been the subject of lawsuits.
