It changes how the firm is seen in the market, the whole vibe. It makes firms feel like they\u2019re players.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The partner went on to refer to Kirkland\u2019s salaried partnership tier as a \u201cmarket changing hydra.\u201d Now, all but a few of Biglaw\u2019s best have announced the introduction of income partnership tiers<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
