\u2014 <\/i>Elizabeth Grossman<\/a>, executive director of government watchdog group Common Cause Illinois and a former Paul, Weiss associate, in comments given to Politico<\/a>, concerning the fallout that\u2019s followed the firm\u2019s capitulation to Donald Trump<\/a>. Grossman helped organize alumni opposition<\/a> to the deal, which included eliminating all DEI programs at the firm and providing $40 million in pro bono services to Trump initiatives. Numerous lawyers have since fled from the firm<\/a>. <\/strong>\u201cPaul, Weiss used to be the gold standard for litigation,\u201d Bryson Malcolm<\/a>, founder of legal recruiting firm Mosaic Search Partners, told Politico. \u201cI think that reputation is waning.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
