It\u2019s very unusual to see them [associates] take to LinkedIn to very specifically announce why they are leaving [and to denounce their firms.] The impression I\u2019m getting is that it was a breach of trust between the associates and leadership\u2026 and the breach of trust can\u2019t be solved.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><em><i>\u2014 <\/i>Anna Sanders, Washington, D.C. recruiter and senior director at VOYlegal, in comments given to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.com\/americanlawyer\/2025\/07\/21\/associatesprofessionally-cautious-by-naturehave-found-a-voice-in-the-trump-era\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">American Lawyer<\/a>, about the many very public associate resignations that the legal profession has seen during the Trump era.
