Let\u2019s be honest \u2014 this is one of those stories where I\u2019m going to tell you to not fall for the red herring. The title is true enough, BBC<\/a> has coverage on Columbia\u2019s recent agreement to pay $200M over accusations that it failed to protect Jewish students. However, it is not the real story. If this happened back in March, back when Paul Weiss caved to The Orange One<\/a>, it would have been the real story. Alas, we are here \u2014 and the real story is actually in dialogue with this:<\/p>\n
