Cravath, the firm that\u2019s the standard bearer for Biglaw associate compensation, has kicked off the 2025 bonus sweepstakes. And Cravath\u2019s not here for restraint.<\/p>\n<p>The firm announced year-end bonuses <em>and<\/em> a round of special bonuses that <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2025\/08\/milbank-issues-summer-bonuses\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mirror the Milbank summer bonuses<\/a>. As reflected in the chart below, the year-end bonus amounts echo last year\u2019s bonus scale.
