The firm announced its 2025 year-end bonuses today, matching the scale that\u2019s rapidly taking on consensus status.<\/p>\n<p>But before we get to the numbers, let\u2019s take a trip down memory lane. Because Proskauer\u2019s 2024 bonus season was\u2026 memorable. And not in a \u201cgreat holiday party\u201d kind of way.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Proskauer associates discovered that the firm <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2025\/01\/biglaw-firm-springs-retroactive-hours-requirement-for-bonuses-on-associates\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sprung an hours requirement<\/a> for bonuses that, according to tipsters, didn\u2019t formally exist until after people missed it. Associates who fell short by as few as <strong>three hours<\/strong> found nothing but coal in their stockings. London associates get pounds to sterling conversions, because apparently Brexit didn\u2019t change everything.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to the Proskauer associates who will be receiving their checks before Christmas.
