The tools, released today, include an AI-powered chatbook that provides real-time answers to questions about arbitration procedures, rules and case management, and a downloadable PDF handbook that walks users through the arbitration process step-by-step, [\u2026]<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adr.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">American Arbitration Association<\/a> has introduced two free resources aimed at helping individuals and small businesses navigate arbitration without legal representation.<\/p>\n<p>The tools, released today, include an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adr.org\/chatbook\/non-attorneys\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AI-powered chatbook<\/a> that provides real-time answers to questions about arbitration procedures, rules and case management, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adr.org\/publications\/bookstore\/detail\/75452d12-5854-43a3-8343-a525b95776bd?mkt_tok=Mjk0LVNGUy01MTYAAAGef3GxPXCnjvY9RDa6Tej-s5w5dpLAQLr1LwHe7kdTEzP4z65_YHwGKhfogyNr_-0H69PGMGm4V8Om_5cavEQ\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">downloadable PDF handbook<\/a> that walks users through the arbitration process step-by-step, from filing a case to receiving a final award.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative addresses a significant need: Approximately 30 percent of AAA cases involve one or more self-represented parties, according to Jonathan Weed, assistant vice president at the organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNavigating dispute resolution can seem daunting, especially for those who are representing themselves,\u201d Weed said. \u201c\u2026\u00a0These new tools are designed to empower participants with the confidence and clarity to present their cases effectively, promoting fairness and efficiency for all.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The AI chatbook, powered by Edtek.AI, was authored by Jay Grenig and Rocco M. Scanza, who also wrote a prior chatbook edition designed for attorney advocates and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lawnext.com\/2025\/01\/aaa-releases-first-in-planned-series-of-free-ai-powered-handbooks-for-arbitration.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">released earlier this year<\/a>.
