If they want to appeal, they should just go ahead and appeal and not take to social media and castigate the judges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>It\u2019s not clear what the Justice Department is doing, but I don\u2019t think they are doing [themselves] any favors by insulting the judges.
