Back in November, one of Biglaw\u2019s most successful firms gave associates a lot more to be thankful for, just before Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n<p>Sources tell us that on November 24, Morgan Lewis \u2014 a firm that brought in $3,098,511,000 gross revenue in 2024, putting it at No. 10 on the Am Law 100 \u2014 announced that it would be offering the prevailing market rate for both year-end and special bonuses. On top of all of that cash, we\u2019ve been told that associates with outstanding performance are eligible for additional \u201cextraordinary\u201d above-market bonuses.
