Others quietly tried to <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2025\/04\/reed-smith-puts-down-their-dei-programs-to-dodge-the-eeoc\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">erase their history<\/a> to avoid the administration\u2019s ire.
