Cadwalader instead <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2025\/12\/cadwalader-to-merge-with-hogan-lovells-creating-historic-law-firm-powerhouse\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">decided to combine with Hogan Lovells<\/a>, for what\u2019s believed to be the largest law firm merger in history.
