She\u2019s got a Reputation for taking anyone who isn\u2019t running the White House\u2019s social media account <\/a>to court over the smallest chance that they\u2019re trying to piggyback their operations off her IP \u2014 especially if you\u2019re on Etsy<\/a>. The most recent target of Swift\u2019s swift legal action? A bedding company. Creative Bloq<\/a> has coverage:<\/p>\n

In her most recent design dispute<\/a>, Miss Swift has beckoned the US government to stop an unexpected rival. No, it\u2019s not a record label or a dodgy merch retailer, but a humble bedding brand.<\/p>\n

Alleging that Cathay Home\u2019s \u201cSwift Home\u201d brand is too similar to her signature, Miss Swift has attempted to counter the bedding brand\u2019s recent trademark request. While the result of this legal action is yet to be settled, it adds yet another dispute to the over 300 trademark filings from T Swift\u2019s legal team.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
