The goal, according to the organization, is not to sell loans, but to reduce confusion at a moment when confusion is doing a lot of damage.<\/p>\n<p>According to AccessLex, the Private Loan Exchange was developed directly in response to feedback from financial aid administrators, the people who get to explain, over and over again, why the math no longer works the way it used to.
