He\u2019s not winning these cases. The problem is that he\u2019s figuring out this scheme to use the law as a weapon that kind of cuts the courts out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014\u00a0Lee Levine, a lawyer who has represented a wide range of news organizations, in comments given to POLITICO<\/a>, concerning Donald Trump\u2019s ongoing wave of litigation against the press. Trump has filed suit against the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the British Broadcasting Corporation, the Des Moines Register, and CNN, as well as the Pulitzer Prize board, and is seeking tens of billions of dollars.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
