Circuit to find the Department of War\u2019s (lol) <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2026\/03\/anthropic-lawyers-up-with-a-firm-that-knows-how-to-fight\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">designation of AI provider Anthropic<\/a> as a supply chain risk unlawful. Anthropic lost its government contract when it refused to allow the government to have access to autonomous weapons with their technology.
