\u2014\u00a0Chief Judge Dolly M. Gee<\/a>\u00a0of the Central District of California,\u00a0the first Chinese American woman to serve as an Article III judge, in comments given during a panel hosted by\u00a0Speak Up for Justice<\/a>, a nonpartisan organization dedicated to the defense of the rule of law and judicial independence. During the panel, Judges Gee, Ana Reyes<\/a> (D.D.C.), Michelle Williams Court<\/a> (C.D. Cal.), and Mark S. Norris<\/a> (W.D.
