This is where the tournament gets interesting \u2014 where \u201cmerely\u201d defying court orders has to compete with fabricating criminal prosecutions, where undisclosed conflicts of interest square off against telling federal judges to go f*** themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Voting is open now until Monday at 7:59 p.m. Eastern. Whenever the administration needs someone with actual legal credentials to say something utterly deranged, Blanche steps up.<\/p>\n<p>Pirro, meanwhile, squeaked past Kash Patel by fewer than 20 votes in the first round, which is impressive for someone whose primary professional skill appears to be losing cases before they even start. Her old bosses at Fox privately called her a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2025\/09\/04\/nx-s1-5526879\/fox-news-jeanine-pirro-reckless-maniac\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reckless maniac<\/a>,\u201d which at the time seemed harsh but seems like a letter of recommendation for this bracket. Before ascending to the bench, he reportedly told senior DOJ lawyers that deportation flights under the Alien Enemies Act would be leaving \u201cno matter what\u201d and if any court tried to stop them, the response should be\u2026 well, we covered this already. He\u2019s already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.senate.gov\/news\/release\/whitehouse-blumenthal-renew-new-york-bar-ethics-complaint-against-emil-bove\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">earned bar complaints<\/a> that amounted to a punt from authorities. And now he\u2019s got life tenure. Cool system we\u2019ve got here.<\/p>\n<p>Mizelle, meanwhile, left the DOJ after a stint as Chief of Staff marked by <a href=\"https:\/\/therevolvingdoorproject.org\/mizelle-conflicts\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">undisclosed conflicts with companies the DOJ was actively suing<\/a>, including Apple, Meta, and Visa. He didn\u2019t file his financial disclosure until after leaving government, which is sort of like turning in your marathon registration after the race. Her old bosses at Fox privately called her a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2025\/09\/04\/nx-s1-5526879\/fox-news-jeanine-pirro-reckless-maniac\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reckless maniac<\/a>,\u201d which at the time seemed harsh but seems like a letter of recommendation for this bracket. She\u2019s been <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2025\/10\/jeanine-pirro-is-the-biggest-loser\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">collecting no-bills like frequent flyer miles<\/a>, including the botched effort to prosecute Democratic lawmakers for accurately describing the law.<\/p>\n<p>Your call.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/linkto.run\/p\/E6B3JCTV\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">VOTE HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEPHEN MILLER REGION: (1) Emil Bove vs. (2) Chad Mizelle<\/h3>\n<p>The man who told government lawyers to say \u201cf*** you\u201d to federal judges versus the man who couldn\u2019t be bothered to disclose his potential conflicts until he left the job.<\/p>\n<p>Bove is now a Third Circuit judge \u2014 a lifetime appointment! \u2014 which is an impressive bit of failing upward. Before ascending to the bench, he reportedly told senior DOJ lawyers that deportation flights under the Alien Enemies Act would be leaving \u201cno matter what\u201d and if any court tried to stop them, the response should be\u2026 well, we covered this already. He\u2019s already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.senate.gov\/news\/release\/whitehouse-blumenthal-renew-new-york-bar-ethics-complaint-against-emil-bove\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">earned bar complaints<\/a> that amounted to a punt from authorities. And now he\u2019s got life tenure. Cool system we\u2019ve got here.<\/p>\n<p>Mizelle, meanwhile, left the DOJ after a stint as Chief of Staff marked by <a href=\"https:\/\/therevolvingdoorproject.org\/mizelle-conflicts\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">undisclosed conflicts with companies the DOJ was actively suing<\/a>, including Apple, Meta, and Visa. He didn\u2019t file his financial disclosure until after leaving government, which is sort of like turning in your marathon registration after the race. He also tried to <a href=\"https:\/\/abovethelaw.com\/2026\/02\/doj-hiring-ausas-over-twitter-now\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">recruit AUSAs over Twitter<\/a>, which isn\u2019t necessarily cause for discipline but certainly undermined the public\u2019s perception of the profession.<\/p>\n<p>Bove has to be the heavy favorite here. The \u201cf*** you\u201d alone is doing a lot of heavy lifting, but even without it, his trajectory from DOJ attack dog to federal appellate judge perfectly encapsulates the accountability vacuum this whole bracket is designed to highlight.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/linkto.run\/p\/BONSP5FY\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">VOTE HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\">\n<p>Polls are open now.
