\u2014\u00a0 Justice Neil Gorsuch<\/a>, in comments given<\/a> during a recent appearance on Fox News Sunday<\/a>, concerning the ongoing leaks that are happening at the Supreme Court. When asked whether he thought the leaks had had changed the public\u2019s confidence in the high court, Gorsuch said, \u201cIt\u2019s very important that we have both a balance of transparency and an opportunity for people to see our work \u2014 which they do, and they can listen to our arguments, and we also publish all of our opinions. Everything that I think about a case is there, on the printed page \u200bfor anybody to read if \u200bthey so choose<\/em><\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n
