Not because I like finance, but because Wall Street traders originally came up with the acronym \u201cTACO,\u201d for \u201cTrump Always Chickens Out.\u201d\u00a0And then, last week, another trader ginned up \u201cNACHO,\u201d for \u201cNot A Chance Hormuz Opens.\u201d<\/p>\n

I want to work with those guys:\u00a0They\u2019re a hoot, and you make a lot of money, too!<\/p>\n

Alas, it\u2019s just me, my imagination, and artificial intelligence here at my desktop.\u00a0Together, the three\u00a0 of us have come up with some additions to the TACO and NACHO explanations for Trump.<\/p>\n

Consider SALSA:\u00a0\u201cSpeaks Aggressively, Later Softens Approach.\u201d<\/p>\n

BURRITO is a tough one; too many letters.\u00a0 I was thinking of using BURRITO as a rejoinder to the disillusioned MAGA faithful:\u00a0\u201cBut U Really, Really Insisted Trump\u2019s Outstanding.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

On reflection, that\u2019s a cheat on the \u201cU.\u201d\u00a0I asked Perplexity to expand my imagination.\u00a0It suggested \u201cBacktracks Under Risk, Retreats Instead, Talks Tough Only.\u201d\u00a0 Sorry, Perplexity:\u00a0Not funny, and what\u2019s with misspelling \u201cburrito\u201d as \u201cburritto\u201d?\u00a0 There are some jobs you won\u2019t be taking over quickly.<\/p>\n

For use at press conferences, how about QUESO:\u00a0\u201cQUickly Evades, Says \u2018Options’\u201d?\u00a0Or don\u2019t you like the cheat on QUickly?<\/p>\n

Alright, see if JALAPENO is spicy enough for your taste:\u00a0\u201cJust Acts Loud And Provocative; Ends Notably Overcautious.\u201d<\/p>\n
