At one point there was speculation that he\u2019d be spending the rest of his life behind bars. His high-profile legal team<\/a> managed to get that time down to about a presidential term \u2014 a mere 50 months. Clever appeals have been made since sentencing: arguments about errors in sentencing and a long shot First Amendment argument<\/a> show that the members of his legal team are doing their damndest to lower the time that Combs has to serve. Diddy is set right now to be let out of the Garden State\u2019s FCI Fort Dix on February 23, 2028, according to the Bureau of Prisons. That\u2019s the third cut in Combs\u2019s sentence in the past few months as it went to April 23 last fall and then more recently to April 15.<\/p>\n

Offering no detailed info on Combs\u2019s new release date, all the Federal Bureau of Prisons would say Tuesday is that \u201cgood conduct\u201d can help an inmate get their time trimmed down.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n
