\u2014\u00a0\u00a0Peter Zeughauser, a partner at the Zeughauser Group consultancy, in comments given to Bloomberg Law<\/a>, concerning the latest associate salary war that began with Milbank<\/a> and has since spread to more than a dozen Biglaw and elite boutique firms<\/a>. \u201cThe dramatic increases in what top partners are making are reported in the news and well-known to associates,\u201d he said. \u201cToo much disparity is bad for morale. What we\u2019ve seen historically when this has happened, and what we\u2019ve seen just now, is an associate pay increase.\u201d <\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
